Colorado is a good place to be a stamping shop for this industry, and Frontier has made parts for a lot of the names in it. A return spring for a Burris Optics Veracity riflescope is a tiny part where the spring rate has to be right every time across the whole run, or the turret feels wrong in the hand and the review says so.
Spring work is a material question first. Beryllium copper, phosphor bronze, spring steel and stainless all behave differently under a die, and choosing between them is part of the engineering review rather than something to settle after the tool is cut.
Finish matters more here
On a bracket buried inside a machine, a burr is cosmetic. On a piece of gear somebody holds, it is the whole impression of the product. Tumble deburring and finishing are done here, and we would rather add that step than ship a part that feels cheap.

Why the tool room matters to you
Frontier builds its own dies. You pay for the tool once, when the parts are acceptable to you, and after that you never pay us for that tool again — setups, maintenance, sharpening, storage and complete rebuilds are covered for as long as the part design does not change.
Common questions
Can you make flat springs?
Yes, including leaf, cantilever and elliptical springs, and flat springs and washers on the multi-slides.
Do you handle low volumes for a new product?
Yes. A new product usually starts with a prototype and a low-cost tool. We will tell you at what quantity it is worth stepping up to a progressive die, and it is generally later than you would expect.
