Construction hardware is bought on price and remembered on failure. The trick is a tool that holds its dimensions for the whole run, not just the first article.
These are high-volume, cost-sensitive parts where the piece price decides the order and the consistency decides whether there is another one. A cross brace that drifts a sixteenth over a production run creates a fitting problem on site that nobody traces back to the stamping shop until it has happened a hundred times.
That is a tooling maintenance question more than a stamping question, which is why the guarantee matters here. We sharpen, maintain and rebuild your tool for the life of the part at no charge. A shop with no incentive to maintain a die will run it until the parts are marginal.

Machining, welding, PEM and stud insertion, assembly, deburring and cleaning, painting and plating. Construction parts often need three of those before they ship, and every hand-off to an outside vendor is a week and a risk.

Why the tool room matters to you
Frontier builds its own dies. You pay for the tool once, when the parts are acceptable to you, and after that you never pay us for that tool again — setups, maintenance, sharpening, storage and complete rebuilds are covered for as long as the part design does not change.
Common questions
Do you deburr and finish parts?
Yes. Two Gemini 700 roto-finish tumble deburring machines and a parts drying machine, plus outside plating and paint managed by us.
Can you hold a price over a long contract?
Material cost moves and we will be straight with you about that. What does not move is the tooling cost, because after you have paid for the tool once you never pay for it again.
