What we collect

If you fill in the quote form on this site we receive what you type into it: your name, company, email address, phone number, whatever you tell us about the part, and any file you attach. We collect it because you sent it to us, and we use it to answer you.

Our web server keeps standard access logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.

What we do with it

We use your enquiry to quote your work and to stay in touch about it. We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone for their own marketing. Drawings and part information you send us are treated as confidential.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising cookies and does not run third-party advertising trackers.

Video on this site loads from YouTube only after you click play. Until you do, no YouTube player script runs and no YouTube cookie is set. Once you press play, YouTube's own privacy policy applies to that playback.

How long we keep it

Quote enquiries and the correspondence around them are kept as business records. If you would like your enquiry deleted, ask us and we will do it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will deal with it.

Changes
